Build a business routine
Identify the people you can serve, organize your contacts, follow up consistently and turn conversations into appointments.

AGENT MENTORSHIP · UNITED REALTY GROUP
You have moved beyond provisional status. Now put your knowledge into practice with guidance on the people, paperwork and routines behind a real estate business.
Join a small cohort of up to three North Carolina agents building their business at United Realty Group. You do not need a completed transaction to begin.

WHO THIS IS FOR
This mentorship is for North Carolina brokers who have removed provisional status and are ready to build practical experience. Your license must be active for brokerage activity.
You may be preparing for your first client or working to build consistency. We will start with your experience, goals and the skills you need to practice.
Bring questions, complete agreed assignments, welcome feedback and follow through. Participation and URG affiliation are subject to a mutual fit and written terms.
PRACTICAL GUIDANCE
We connect training to real situations through practice, feedback and accountability. Existing office training remains part of the plan.
Identify the people you can serve, organize your contacts, follow up consistently and turn conversations into appointments.
Practice consultations, explain representation and compensation, and help clients understand their next decisions.
Choose relevant comparable properties, evaluate differences and present a supported pricing conversation.
Work through current brokerage-approved forms, client instructions, signatures and the documents each file needs.
Compare terms, communicate client priorities and practice offers, counters and repair conversations.
Build transaction timelines, communicate updates and apply URG’s existing zipForm training to complete, timely files.
HOW WE BEGIN
Share your license status, experience, goals and the North Carolina communities you plan to serve.
Identify your starting skills and agree on assignments, check-ins and the support available through mentorship and URG.
Work through scenarios and review your progress. As client opportunities arise, apply your training within office procedures and the broker-in-charge’s oversight.
Mentorship supports your development and does not replace URG training, broker-in-charge responsibilities, legal advice or required continuing education. Participation does not guarantee leads, transactions or income.
