What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling? To help market the properties my clients are selling I set up their property on the internet to be syndicated to hundreds of websites. I use Social Media marketing such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram. I provide compelling descriptions of the home, the lifestyle, and the area. I use a marketing tool that allows me to create videos to upload on Youtube, which increases the listings rankings on Google.
How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price? I ensure my sellers get the highest price by pricing the home within the market, recommending staging tips inside the home, and making sure outwardly the home has curb appeal
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth? I recommend sellers get a knowledgeable agent that can explain the selling process from beginning to end. And an agent that has systems in place that meet the need of each phase of the process.
